CW/Poetry Notes & Guidelines
Welcome to Creative Writing & Poetry.
The purpose of this channel is to be a creative outlet for those whose writings they feel do not belong in their journal or legacy. It is a place where writing can be explored as something that inspires, that empowers, that changes a person's very being. It is a shift, it is a discovery of self, it is defined not only through reality but sometimes in fantasy. Sometimes a thought or feeling can only be put down when followed by a series of words which wind, rhyme, and flow like a river or twist on the heart like a vine with thorns.
We want to keep these channels open but also want them to be as organized as possible. Therefore, we have created a few guidelines.
EXAMPLE: [Writing Title] - Discussion
If things get out of hand and start to become disorganized, the guidelines might change.

- Users are allowed ONE new topic for their poetry and creative writing.
- If you are posting poetry or creative writing from someone else, make sure you credit their writing.
- When making a new topic about a writing or poetry that is not your own, make sure you use helpful tags in your topic title such as "inspirational", "discussion", "empowering", etc.
- Along with the tags, make sure the title of the new topic matches the title of the writing that you are sharing.
